Lithuania to Poland

This is a monument to the Victims of Communism that we found in a small park in Ramygala. There was once a significant Jewish population in this area but they suffered at the hands of their oppressors as did other Lithuanians from this area. As we drove we passed many people in the forests and by the sides of the road picking berries.
